Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
crushed Town House or Ritz crackers
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 (2 oz.) jar drained pimento
Preparation

Mix soup, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and salt.
Add chicken, rice, pimentos, water chestnuts and onion.
Put into lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Top with crushed crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
