Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1/4 c. Parkay margarine, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia brand cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
2 c. whipping cream
1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

Combine crumbs, 3 tablespoons granulated sugar and margarine; press onto bottom of 10-inch pie/quiche plate.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Cool.
