Dilled Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dill weed
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. water
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon dill weed.
    With hands, form mixture into small meatballs.
    In skillet in hot oil, cook meatballs a few at a time and brown on all sides.
    With slotted spoon, remove meatballs to large bowl as they brown.
    When all are cooked, drain off remaining oil from skillet.
