Greek Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 oz. mild Longhorn Colby cheese
1 medium chopped bell pepper
1 medium chopped onion
1 stick butter
7 oz. pkg. spaghetti noodles
4 oz. can chopped black olives
4 1/2 oz. can mushrooms, chopped
28 oz. can whole tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup (add 1/2 c. water to soup)
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Add onion and bell pepper; saute until tender.
Open all cans and drain everything, then add olives, chopped mushrooms and whole tomatoes (cut the ends off and squash up tomatoes).
Cook for 15 minutes on medium heat.
