Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    1 can Ranch Style beans or pinto beans
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    tortillas
    1 lb. Cheddar or Velveeta cheese, shredded
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add onion, beans, chili powder, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Mix well. Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole and line with tortillas.
    Layer with meat mixture, tortillas and cheese. Spread mushroom soup over cheese.
    Pour Ro-Tel tomatoes over entire dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbles, approximately 30 minutes.
