Southern Chocolate-Mint Brownies With Mint Cream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large eggs
    1 c. flour
    1 c. butter or margarine, melted
    3 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. peppermint extract
Preparation
    Beat eggs lightly with wire whisk in a large bowl.
    Add sugar and stir well.
    Combine flour and cocoa; gradually stir into egg mixture.
    Stir in 1 cup butter and flavorings.
    Pour into a greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch jellyroll pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan on a wire rack.
    Spread Mint Cream Frosting over brownie layer; freeze 15 minutes.
    Melt chocolate squares and 3 tablespoons butter in saucepan over low heat, stirring until melted.
    Spread over frosting.
