Cream Of Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. scalded milk
    1 c. potato water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 medium potatoes
    4 onions
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil together potatoes and onions.
    Drain.
    Save the water. Put vegetables through a coarse strainer.
    Make a white sauce from the water, flour and butter.
    Combine with the potato and onion pulp.
    Add parsley, salt and pepper.
    Beat with a mixer and serve with croutons.
