Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 unbaked 10-inch pastry shell
    2 large onions, thinly sliced
    12 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
    1 1/4 c. cooked, chopped spinach, well drained
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 c. half and half
    salt and pepper
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Sprinkle bacon on bottom of pie crust.
    Saute onions in bacon drippings; place onions over bacon.
    Sprinkle cheese over onion layer; add layer of spinach.
    Beat together eggs and half and half.
    Season with salt and pepper; pour over pie.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0, then reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake an additional 45 to 50 minutes or until custard is set.
    Let set for a few minutes before serving.
