Pasta Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked
    salad oil
    3 green onions, finely chopped
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
Preparation
    Coarsely chop cooked spaghetti; set aside.
    In small saucepan over medium heat in 1 tablespoon oil, cook green onions until tender.
    In medium bowl, mix flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, egg and 1/4 cup water.
    Stir in green onions and spaghetti until well coated.
    Heat 2 tablespoons oil until very hot in a nonstick skillet.
    Into hot oil, drop mixture by 1/4 cups into 4 mounds, about 2 inches apart.
    With pancake turner, flatten each mound slightly.
    Cook fritters until golden brown on both sides.
    Drain on paper towels.
