Barbecue Beef On Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 lb. ground beef/pork
    1 1/2 c. table fat
    1 c. salt
    1 gal. chopped onions
    4 qt. chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. lemon juice
    3 c. vinegar
    12 c. water
    7 1/2 qt. ketchup
    3 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. dry mustard
Preparation
    Brown beef, onions and celery in table fat.
    Add salt.
    Then add sauce.
    Serve with a 2 ounce serving scoop on open face buns.
