Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1 can tomatoes (16 oz.)
    1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
    1/2 c. water
    1 garlic clove, minced
    8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
    1 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese slices
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain. Add onions and cook until tender. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, water and seasonings. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    In an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish, layer half of the noodles, meat sauce, Mozzarella cheese, Velveeta cheese and Parmesan cheese.
    Repeat layers. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
    Serves 6 to 8.
