Mushroom Sauce(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. onions, diced
    1 beef or chicken bouillon cube
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. seasoned pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. water
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. red wine
Preparation
    Micromelt butter on High 1 minute.
    Saute onion, bouillon cube, garlic powder and pepper in butter.
    Cook on High 8 minutes. Stir after 1/2 of cooking time.
    Stir in flour; add water slowly. Add mushrooms and wine.
    Cover.
    Cook on High for 5 minutes. Sauce can be frozen and reheated.
    Serves 6.
