Tonti'S Pecan Puffs(Sheryl Little'S Mother) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites (room temperature)
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. cider vinegar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Grease cookie sheet.
    In a small bowl, beat egg whites (high speed) until soft peaks form.
    Sprinkle sugar, a few tablespoons at a time.
    Beat until completely dissolved.
    Do not scrape bowl during beating!
    Beat in vinegar and vanilla.
    Fold in pecans.
    Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart on the cookie sheet.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until slightly brown.
    Cool slightly before removing from pan.
