Pie Crust Ii(2 Single 9 Inch Shells) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    1/4 c. boiling water
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening and boiling water. Add flour and salt, stirring with a fork. Will be light and flaky. This is enough for a double crust fruit pie or two 9-inch shells. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10-15 minutes.
