Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. gingersnap crumbs, crushed in blender until very fine
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    6 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Reserve 2 or 3 tablespoons of crumb mixture.
    Pat crumb mixture in a spring-form pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Cover bottom of pan to desired thickness.
    Use the reserved crumbs to sprinkle on top of cranberry sauce topping when ready to serve.
