Cream Cheese Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    6 eggs
    3 c. flour
    8 oz. cream cheese (1 pkg.)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream (beat until thoroughly softened and fluffy) the cream cheese, Crisco, butter and sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time.
    Beat the mixture until all the ingredients are well blended.
    Add the flour, one cup at a time, until all the flour is gone.
    Pour the batter into a well-greased and floured loaf cake pan.
    Bake in the oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes until the cake is a golden brown.
