Canned Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tenderloin
    1/2 tsp. salt per pt.
Preparation
    Slice tenderloin; do not wash.
    Pack slices of tenderloin in pint jars, leaving 1/2-inch space at top.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon salt per pint.
    Seal jars and cook in boiling water for 3 hours.
