Grilled Chicken With Vegetables(Servings: 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, split
    6 cloves garlic, sliced
    4 tsp. mustard
    2 bunches spinach
    1/2 carrot, sliced lengthwise
    1 potato, sliced
    2 oz. butter
    4 oz. cream
Preparation
    Split chicken under skin and make pocket; place thinly sliced garlic, salt, pepper and salad oil in pocket.
    Heat grill; place chicken with skin side down first and brown well.
    Put some mustard over skin and brown.
    Saute spinach with butter; season with salt and pepper.
    Saute carrots with butter until soft.
    Add cream; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Slice potatoes; soak in water and drain.
    Deep fry and sprinkle with salt.
    On plate, put grilled chicken, fried potatoes and remaining vegetables.
