Turkey Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. chopped turkey (takes about a 10 lb. roasted turkey)
    12 c. bread cubes
    1 c. butter
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    pepper to taste
    8 c. turkey gravy
Preparation
    Melt butter; add onion and celery and fry until tender.
    Mix in seasonings.
    Add bread cubes and toss until well mixed.
    Layer bread and turkey in roast pan and top with gravy.
    Bake for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
