Mandarin Orange Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    60 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 to 11 oz. Mandarin oranges, drained
    1 stick melted butter
Preparation
    Drain oranges.
    Defrost orange juice; mix with Eagle Brand milk.
    Stir in Cool Whip.
    Stir in oranges (do not beat).
