Buttercream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. softened butter
    1 lb. box confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In small bowl with electric mixer on low speed, blend butter and 1/2 of confectioners sugar.
    Gradually add milk, vanilla and remaining confectioners sugar.
    Beat at medium speed until light and fluffy.
    This is a great icing for pound cake.
