Basic Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 peeled tomatoes
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. dry red wine
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Add all ingredients except wine; bring to a boil, then simmer 30 minutes.
Add wine a few minutes before serving.
