Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. creamed corn
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. (rounded) baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. oil
milk
Preparation
-
Mix all wet ingredients together.
Add dry ingredients and enough milk to make batter stiffer than muffins.
Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil about 1-inch deep.
