Ingredients

1 box pie crust mix
2/3 c. sugar
grated peel of 1 lemon
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 egg
Preparation

Combine mix, sugar and lemon peel. Beat egg and lemon juice and stir into mix until moist and crumbly. Add nuts and work with fingers into dough. Shape into a log or roll. Wrap in waxed paper and chill at least 1 hour. Cut in 1/4-inch slices and bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 4 dozen.
