Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well. Make into balls and roll in 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
