Creamy Chicken And Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 medium red pepper (1/2-inch strips)
    1 medium green pepper (1/2-inch strips)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, squeezed dry
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) creamy chicken mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. paprika
    12 slices bacon
    3 chicken breasts (2 lb.)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Bone, skin and split chicken breasts.
    Melt butter.
    Saute mushrooms, peppers and onions 3 minutes.
    Stir in spinach; cook 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat; add soup, sour cream, paprika and pepper.
    Mix well.
