Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage
1 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. rice (uncooked)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can water
Preparation
-
Brown sausage in frying pan and pour off grease.
Add chopped onion, garlic and green pepper to sausage and simmer until tender. Wash rice several times to remove starch.
Add to mixture in baking dish along with the soups and water.
Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0, stirring occasionally.
Serves 6.
