Grandma Hills Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk
2 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. potato water
1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
3/4 c. sugar
3 c. flour
3 eggs
3/4 c. shortening
3 tsp. salt
8 c. flour
Preparation

Scald milk; let cool and add yeast.
Add rest of ingredients except last flour.
Let rise for 1 hour.
Knead flour into mixture. Let rise until double in size; knead down.
Rest for 10 minutes. Shape into rolls.
Place in greased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0. (Cloverleaf for 12 to 15 minutes and Parker House for 20 to 25 minutes.)
