Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. milk
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 (9-inch) pie crust (I use chocolate cookie or graham cracker crust)
Preparation

Whip the cream cheese until soft and fluffy. Add sugar and peanut butter, then slowly add milk.
Fold in Cool Whip and pour into cooled pie crust.
Freeze 5 to 6 hours.
Let set at room temperature about 15 minutes before serving.
