Chicken Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. oregano, crushed
    1 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cut in 6 slices
    3 c. hot, cooked pasta (ziti or penne)
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
    Place egg in another bowl and beat. Dip chicken in egg and coat with bread crumbs.
    Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add chicken and saute 5 minutes on each side.
    Remove to plate.
