Sun-Dried Tomato Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft goat cheese
    1/2 c. sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil), chopped
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano leaves
    2 Tbsp. roasted garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well with a fork. Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
