Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large heads broccoli
    8 c. boiling water
    6 c. whole milk
    4 Tbsp. sliced onion
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon
    8 Tbsp. butter
    4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. flour
    2 to 4 medium potatoes
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in boiling water until tender, uncovered. Remove and mash broccoli in blender or food processor.
    Add hot milk and 2 cups of broccoli water and bouillon.
