Zucchini Stuffing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini, diced
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 1/4 c. herb stuffing cubes
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in salt water until tender; drain.
    Saute carrots
    and
    onions in margarine.\tStir in stuffing mix, soup and sour cream.
    Add zucchini gently.\tPut in buttered casserole and top with grated cheese or crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 40 minutes.
