Orange Glazed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large pork chops
    salt, pepper and flour
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Dust pork chops lightly with salt and pepper, then dredge lightly in flour. Brown on both sides in oil. Combine orange juice, marmalade, sugar and vinegar; pour evenly over chops in skillet.
    Cover and simmer for about 45 minutes or until meat is very tender.
    Serve sauce spooned over each chop. Delicious!
