Oatmeal Raisin Cookies(Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 egg whites
    1/3 c. skim milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. quick oats (not instant or old-fashioned)
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease baking sheet.
    Combine Crisco, brown sugar, egg whites, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
    Beat at medium speed for 1 1/2 minutes.
    Scrape sides often.
    Batter may appear slightly curdled.
    Combine oats, flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon in separate bowl.
    Beat into mixture at low speed; stir in raisins.
    Drop by tablespoon onto baking sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 9 minutes.
