Rice And Black Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 (16 oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
    4 green onions, minced
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    1/3 c. fresh lime juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Whisk together oil and lime juice in a small bowl.
    Pour over rice mixture and toss to coat.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Cover and refrigerate.
