Ingredients

Orange Tart Shell (follows)
2 eggs
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. walnut halves and pieces
3/4 c. light corn syrup
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. grated orange peel
2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
Preparation

Prepare Orange Tart Shell.
In a large bowl using a wire whisk, lightly beat eggs and sugar.
Stir in remaining ingredients except chocolate; mix well.
Place tart shell in pan on a baking sheet.
Pour egg mixture into shell; don't let filling spill over sides.
Bake in lower third of preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Raise tart on baking sheet to center of oven.
Continue baking 15 minutes or until filling just puffs and center feels firm.
Cool completely on a wire rack.
Unmold tart onto serving plate.
