Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cream cheese, softened
    1 (6 oz.) mild Cheddar, grated
    1/2 onion, grated
    1/2 bell pepper (optional)
    dash of red pepper
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    garlic salt
    salad olives, finely chopped
    pecans, finely chopped
Preparation
    Add all ingredients, except pecans, starting with cheese, until well blended. Roll into ball, then roll in chopped pecans. Refrigerate until hard. Serve with crackers.
