Oatmeal Cream Filled Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. margarine
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
3 c. sifted plain flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
6 c. oatmeal

Preparation

Cream margarine and sugars.
Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time.
Stir flour, salt and soda together and add to mixture.
Add oatmeal last.
Bake 15 minutes at 300\u00b0, 1 tablespoon batter for each cookie.
