Chicken Fricassee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken breasts
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 (12 oz.) cans Carnation evaporated milk
    2 or 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 small diced onion
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Flour chicken and brown in skillet.
    Drain fat.
    Put chicken into baking dish.
    Combine soup, evaporated milk, onion, soy sauce and flour to thicken.
    Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
    Pour over chicken breasts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Serve with rice.
