Black-Eyed Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked peas, drained
    1 c. oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    6 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. onion, sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; put in covered bowl and refrigerate (the longer it sits, the better).
