Chicken Or Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 lb. chicken or beef
1/2 to 1 c. green pepper
1/2 to 1 c. onion
1/2 to 1 c. celery
1 stick butter
1/2 lb. American cheese
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
4 1/2 oz. egg noodles
1 c. cheese crackers
Preparation

Cook and debone chicken (save broth).
Melt butter and add onion, pepper and celery.
Saute until tender.
Add cheese and melt.
Stir in soup.
Boil noodles in broth.
Drain.
Mix all together in large bowl and put in casserole dish.
Add crushed crackers on top and cook 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
