Scotch Shortbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter (not margarine), slightly soft
1/4 c. sugar
2-1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Place all ingredients on a clean counter and knead ingredients with your hands, just until dough sticks together. Then knead 10 more times.
Place in jelly roll type pan.
Prick surface with a fork.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
