Glorified Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2/3 c. pre-cooked rice
    2/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. small marshmallows
    1 ripe banana, diced
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. whipped cream
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; reserve syrup.
    In saucepan, combine rice, water, syrup and salt.
    Bring to boil.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
    Add marshmallows, pineapples, banana and juice.
    Cool.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Chill.
    Serves 8 to 10.
