Cinnamon Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. warm water
1 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
Preparation

Mix and stir until it reaches 303\u00b0 on candy thermometer. Remove from heat; add 1 teaspoon cinnamon oil and red food coloring.
Pour on a long sheet of aluminum foil.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. Cool.
Break into pieces.
You may have to use a hammer.
