Surprise Dip For Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated Cheddar (room temperature)
    2 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 clove garlic, mashed
    2 to 4 drops Tabasco
    1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of paprika
    1/2 c. beer
    salt to taste
    parsley and paprika to garnish
Preparation
    In blender or food processor, combine first 7 ingredients for a few seconds.
    With processor running, add beer and blend until smooth.
    Add salt, if needed.
    Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
    Serve at room temperature.
    Garnish with parsley and paprika.
