Two Minute Hawaiian Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 graham cracker crust
    1 c. coconut (optional)
Preparation
    In large bowl combine vanilla pudding mix (dry), undrained crushed pineapple, sour cream and coconut (if adding); stir until well blended.
    Pour mixture into prepared pie crust.
    Cover; chill for 2 hours before serving.
    Top with whip cream to serve.
