Mobile Shrimp Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. medium peeled shrimp
    2 cans chicken and rice soup
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped okra
    2 Tbsp. file
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 qt. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Brown flour in oil. Add onion and celery and saute lightly. Add soup, water, okra and shrimp.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add Worcestershire sauce and simmer for 1 hour.
    Turn off heat. Add file after boiling stops. Serve over rice with garlic bread.
