Smooth And Easy Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 medium potatoes
    1 small onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    7 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can minced clams
Preparation
    Saute onion and clams in margarine.
    Set aside.
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Mash potatoes slightly.
    Soften cream cheese in microwave.
    Add milk and flour. Whip.
    Turn potatoes to low heat and stir in cheese mixture. Stir in onion and clam saute mixture.
    Serve with crackers.
