Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    3/4 c. raisins, soaked in liquor and drained
Preparation
    Mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add the sugar, oil and eggs and mix well.
    Fold in the carrots, pineapple, walnuts and raisins. Blend thoroughly. Pour into three 9-inch round cake pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
